Homemade Pancake Mix

The dry ingredients can come premixed and stored in an airtight container. Perfect for your next camping trip. So, whenever you feel like hot, fresh pancakes, it will only take you a few minutes to whip up!
5 cup Flour, all purpose
1 1/4 cup
1/4 cup Raw sugar
Whole Milk Powder
1/8 cup Baking powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 large Egg
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients into the bowl. Whisk together to remove lumps. Do not over-mix.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Use 1 tbsp butter to grease the pan. Add a sufficient amount of pancake batter and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes.
Flip and cook for further 1 to 2 minutes or until pancakes appear lightly golden and cooked through
The dry ingredients can be premixed and stored in an airtight container. Useful for future preparation. This premix can last for more than a month if stored properly.
The recipe makes 6-8 small pancakes. Add ¼ more of mixed dry ingredients to your batter if you like thicker pancakes.
Alternatively, try reducing the all-purpose flour to 3 cups and instead add 2 cups of whole-wheat flour for a healthier option.
